Sometimes you reach a point in life where you feel there must be more<\/em>. More than the daily rat race, more than just surviving in a world that keeps getting faster and busier. Three months ago, Heleen and Bram began a coaching journey with us \u2014 an adventure that started with the expectation of learning wilderness and survival skills, but unfolded into nothing less than a transformation of their entire lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond Survival: A Life Transformation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhat we received went so much deeper than that,\u201d they wrote in their review. What began as a search for balance between nature and modern society became a journey into personal growth, relational depth, and spiritual insight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In our coaching, we combined practical bushcraft skills \u2014 making fire, tying knots, tracking \u2014 with natural movement, nutrition, and life lessons rooted in our primal instincts. Small, simple shifts that now make a world of difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What touched us most was how they described our guidance: \u201cBert and Kiki became spiritual parents to us.\u201d<\/em> For them, each session felt open, honest, and deeply personal. Coaching, to us, is not about rigid methods or models \u2014 it\u2019s about genuine connection, listening, and being present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Highlights in Nature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The journey brought them closer to nature, to each other, and to themselves. Bushcraft, relationship work, natural movement, and even intense workouts all played their part. Their personal highlight? Archery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even though they lived as vegetarians and vegans, a primal hunter instinct awoke in them: \u201cThe euphoric feeling when I shot straight into the heart of a simulated animal is something I will never forget.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gratitude and Connection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

What fills us with the most gratitude is that, for Heleen and Bram, this journey wasn\u2019t just coaching \u2014 it became a lifelong friendship. That\u2019s exactly what Rewilding Lifecoaching means to us: a shared path, walked together \u2014 honest, wild, and pure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three months ago we began a coaching journey with Bert and Kiki at Rewilding Drum. We thought we would mainly learn how to (survive) in nature and in today\u2019s society. But what we received went so much further than that. What Bert and Kiki gave us is nothing less than a transformation of our whole lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were coached in personal growth, relationship deepening, nutrition, natural movement, spiritual insights, and how to live differently \u2014 more authentically, more purely, more connected. They awakened the primal human inside us in a way that was both profound and accessible. Often it\u2019s those small, simple changes that make the biggest difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bert and Kiki became spiritual parents to us. Their guidance goes beyond professionalism; it\u2019s a calling they live out with passion and heartfelt dedication. Each session felt friendly, open, and honest. You feel that they truly care about who you are, where you are in life, and where you want to go. Nothing is ever too much for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sessions themselves were a beautiful mix: from bushcraft (like making fire and tying knots) to spiritual life lessons, relationship coaching, natural movement, and even intense workouts. For us, the highlight was archery. Even though we live vegan and vegetarian, a primal hunter woke inside us.
